GST bills in one tap; guests pay by UPI straight into your own account. No commission on any order.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Will my staff find it hard?

No. Orders simply appear on the counter screen with the table number. Staff tap 'ready' when a dish goes out and 'bill' when the table is done. We train them in person.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your menu and how many tables you have, so we quote after seeing your place. It is a one-time charge to build your own system, then a yearly charge for hosting, backups, updates and support. We never take a commission on your orders, and guests pay into your own UPI account.

Do I need to buy a machine or a tablet?

No. The counter runs on any phone, tablet or laptop you already have. Guests use their own phones. If you want a bigger screen for the kitchen, an ordinary tablet is enough.

What happens to my orders and bills?

They are yours. Every order and bill is kept in a permanent record with backups, and you can download all of it to Excel whenever you like.

Do you really come to Moodbidri?

Yes. We are in Udupi and come to you for the setup and training. After that, support is on WhatsApp and phone.
